I discovered Pilates later in life after sustaining an injury that challenged my physical abilities and daily routine. Determined to regain strength and mobility, I turned to Pilates as a means of recovery. What began as a personal journey quickly grew into a passion for the practice and its transformative effects on balance, functional movement, and overall well-being.

All movement is better than no movement, but a mat Pilates practice can empower people at any age or fitness level, helping them move with greater confidence and ease.

My teaching style is approachable, encouraging, and focused on creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone to thrive.
