Elizabeth Bobbitt
I'm a yoga instructor, creative, and avid traveler who recently moved to Portland after 18 months of backpacking around the world. Yoga has been a foundational part of my life for over a decade, and I'm honored to share the practice that’s saved me (again and again) with the Full Bodied Yoga community.
I’ve lived between London, New York and Melbourne, and through every move, life pivot, and season of change yoga has helped me find a sense of home within myself. It’s kept me steady in wild times, open in tender ones, and able to feel peace amidst uncertainty. I believe cultivating inner stability and resilience has never been more important, and yoga is one of the most powerful ways to do so.
My goal is to create classes that feel like a sanctuary. Your space to move, breathe, groove, rest, and feel it all. Expect a mix of flow, fire, and softness, always with room for you to “do you.”
Outside the studio, you’ll find me hiking, skiing, and exploring all that the PNW has to offer (with a heavy focus on its excellent cafe culture). I look forward to flowing together soon.
